2. Return Eligibility

Time Frame

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided they meet our return conditions.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Socks, insoles, and other intimate apparel
  • Custom or personalized footwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with special discounts over 50%
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

Online Purchases

Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store can be returned to any FITS KENYA location with your receipt. Our staff will process your return immediately.

Return Shipping

  • We provide free return shipping for defective items
  • Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • FITS KENYA is not responsible for lost return packages

4. Refund Process

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • Send you an email confirmation of the return status
  • Process approved refunds within 5-7 business days
  • Refund to your original payment method

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
  • M-Pesa: 1-2 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediate (valid for 12 months)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items that are:

  • Returned after 30 days but within 60 days
  • Showing minor signs of wear
  • Missing original packaging (but otherwise in good condition)
  • Returned without original receipt (store credit only)

5. Exchanges

Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of purchase:

  • Same style and color only
  • Subject to availability
  • Free shipping both ways for first exchange
  • Additional exchanges subject to shipping charges

Style/Color Exchanges

You may exchange for a different style or color:

  • Price difference will be charged or refunded
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Subject to availability
  • Must be within 30-day return window

6. Defective or Damaged Items

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a defective item, we will:

  • Provide a full refund or replacement
  • Cover all return shipping costs

  • Extend return window to 60 days for defective items

Shipping Damage

Items damaged during shipping:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery

7. Special Circumstances

Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year.

Gift Returns

Gift recipients can return items for store credit without a receipt. Original purchaser information may be required for processing.

Bulk Orders

Orders of 10+ pairs may have different return terms. Please contact our sales team for specific policies on bulk purchases.
